So today was my first day ever running more than a 5k. I had a great pace for the first 2.5 miles even though I was running 5 & walking 1. The last 2.5 was really hard & at times I wasn't sure I would actually be able to run anymore. The lower half of my left calf started cramping & I couldn't get it to loosen up even after I paused to stretch a bit. Actually my leg still hurts over close to two hours later. But its all good, only 110 days until the race.
