Run Number Three

Sixteen Weeks until race day.

Today wasn't as good as Thursday but it still wasn't too bad. I am not a morning runner. The problem with that is that most races are in the morning. So for the next 16 weeks I am going to run on Saturday mornings so I can figure out what I need to do to be awake, hydrated & have energy.

Just keep running.
