Run Number Two

Today was a good day! Pace under 12 min.

I ran in my new shoes today. I got a new pair of Saucony's, the heal of these are a bit lower than my Mizunio's & are a bit more heavy duty. I had to stop & stretch my calves a couple of times but I am not sure if it is the shoes or if it is because of the yoga I did yesterday. I stretched really good & I am going to try it again on Saturday.
